+ What if I can't find a product I want to buy?

Pretty in my Pocket, Inc. (PRIMP) partners with the top beauty retailers on the web. We have more than 200,000 beauty products from retailers like Sephora, Ulta, Target, Walmart and several others. See full retailer list. Even though we offer access to the majority of beauty products sold online, you may not find specialty or indie brands. If you'd like to introduce us to a new product line, we'd love to know about it. Email us at info@prettyinmypocket.com with the Subject line: New Product for PRIMP. We will investigate the option and get back to you.

+ I cannot add a look.

Please note that the look images you upload must be under 1MB in size. If you cannot upload the look, it is most likely because the image file is too large. Find the file on your computer and edit the file size down to 1MB or smaller. If you continue to experience problems, please email support@prettyinmypocket.com with the subject line Cannot Add Look.

+ I have two accounts, and I'd like to merge the information.

Our developers will have to do this for you. Please email support@prettyinmypocket.com with the Subject line: Merge Accounts. In the body of the email, please provide your name and the email addresses of each account you'd like to merge. Please make sure to specify the email address of the account you'd like to keep. We will email you when the accounts are merged. Please allow 24 hours.

+ I cannot change my profile picture.

If you are on your profile page and logged in, you can edit your profile and profile image by clicking "edit" straight from the top right-hand corner of the profile section. If you are unable to upload a new profile picture, it is most likely because the image you are trying to upload is larger than 1MB. Please reduce the image size to less than 1MB and try to re-upload. If you still have trouble, email support with the subject line: Trouble uploading profile image.

+ I would like to delete my account.

Once you are logged in, click on your profile picture from the top right-hand corner and select "My Profile". At the very bottom you will see: "To remove your PRIMP account, please click here."

+ There is a mistake with my order, and I have received the product already.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact the retailer directly. After your order is complete, PRIMP sends a summary of your order including the products you purchased and the retailers from which your products will ship. You will also receive an email from each retailer with a receipt and tracking code for your shipment. Please go to the retailer website and access their customer support information. Make sure to have your tracking code and order number from the retailer's email handy. If you still have trouble, please email support@prettyinmypocket.com with the subject line: Mistake with my Order. Please make sure to place your order number, tracking number and a short description of the specific request regarding your order. Also, provide an email address and phone number, including time zone, in case our support team needs to speak with you directly.

+ I have not received an email summary of my order from PRIMP.

If there is a mistake with your order, please contact the retailer directly. After your order is complete, PRIMP sends a summary of your order including the products you purchased and the retailers from which your products will ship.

+ I am not seeing an answer to my question in the FAQ.

+ I am frustrated and need to talk to someone directly. Do you have a support number?

We understand how it is. If you have an urgent matter, please call our support line: 1-844-PRIMPIN (1-844-774-6746). If you call and the support staff does not answer, leave a message with your name, call back number, email address and a short description of your issue. Please also include the time zone you are in so we can return your call at a reasonable time of day. Someone from PRIMP HQ will return your call in 24 hours. No sales solicitations on this number, please. Instead, for sales or meeting requests, email info@prettyinmypocket.com.
