q. what does “powered by shoppable” mean? who is shoppable?

A. Shoppable® allows you to shop, sell, and save products from multiple retailers within one universal checkout. In other words, Shoppable® allows you buy products we feature from reputable retailers without being redirected to their websites. If you’re not ready to purchase, you can use Shoppable to create a wish list and set price alerts to be notified when products go on sale.

q. how do i make a purchase?

A. Once you have found an item that you would like to purchase, simply click on the button that says, “Add to Bag.” To check out, click on the shopping bag at the top of the screen, this will take you to a shopping bag confirmation page. On this page, click the button that says, “Checkout.” From there all you need to do is fill out your shipping, billing and payment information and then click “Place Order”. If you create an account you can save all of your information for a faster checkout next time. q. which retailers are your products from?

A. We work with reputable, authorized retailers to provide you with a seamless user experience entirely within our website. There are too many to list, but all retailers are specified on the product detail page so you can know where the product is shipping from prior to purchasing it. They will also be specified on the checkout page and in the order confirmation email we send you after you have submitted your order.

q. are your prices the same offered by a retailer on their website?

A. Yes, our prices are matched directly with the retailers website so you have the benefit of an easier checkout but don’t have to pay more for it.

q. will i receive any discounts being offered by the retailer’s website?

A. Yes. If a retailer is offering a promotion and makes it visible on their site, you will receive the discount just as if you were shopping on your own. If you have a promo code you want used for the purchase, please enter that when you checkout. We also email price alerts for any products that go on sale while in your shopping cart or wish lists so be sure to create an account and save your favorite products to your lists.

q. how do you calculate shipping fees?

A. When you checkout with Shoppable, you'll see the shipping fee for each individual retailer. Rest assured you will never be charged more than the amount you see when you hit “Checkout” without us confirming and getting your “OK” first.

q. do you accept international orders?

A. Yes. If you’d like to ship outside of the United States, simply click on the checkbox next to “Ship International?” on the checkout page. Follow the instructions listed on the right. If you have questions you can live chat with Customer Care in the top right of the checkout page.

q. tell me about taxes.

A. Taxes are required by law and calculated by each retailer.

q. what happens once i place my order?

A. Once the order is placed Shoppable will email you a summary of your order. Then Shoppable sends it to the retailer. You will receive an order confirmation email followed by an email with the tracking information directly from the retailer you purchased from.

q. what payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept American Express, Visa, Discover and Mastercard.

q. at what point is my credit card charged?

A. Your credit card is charged once each retailer successfully processes the corresponding item in your order.

q. is my credit card information safe?

A. Yes. Providing you with a safe and secure experience is important to us. Shoppable utilizes the most secure technology and procedures available. Shoppable is a PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) Compliant Service Provider. This is the highest level of security we can be. When you sign up to become a Shoppable registered user, you will be required to provide us with personal information about yourself. We do not collect any personal information from you when you use the Services unless you provide us with the Personal Information voluntarily. We also use industry-standard SSL (“Secure Socket Layer”) encryption technology, a secure server, and other physical and procedural safeguards to protect the security of such information as: personal information and billing information.

q. what shows up on my credit card statement?

A. Your credit card statement will list each retailer you purchased from through Shoppable. Each retailer will be a different line item if you purchased from multiple.

q. how do i track my order?

A. Each retailer will send you an order confirmation email followed by an email with the tracking information. The system usually takes around 48 hours to generate the tracking code for you. If you have any questions about the code please contact the retailer directly and reference the order number in the confirmation email.

q. what is your return policy?

A. All returns will go through the retailer who shipped you the product(s). Return policies through Shoppable match the return policy on the retailer’s site. Each product detail page has a “Return Policy” link with more information. Generally most retailers accept returns within 30 days with exception of final sale merchandise or certain categories like undergarments and jewelry. For more information regarding a specific retailer or product please contact us at CustomerCare@Shoppable.com and we’d be more than happy to help.

q. how do i return or exchange an item?

A. Please follow the retailer return policy for the item you've purchased through Shoppable. The return instructions can be found in the package from the retailer or on the product detail page. Please follow the retailer’s, and your refund will be on its way.

q. how do i change a color or size in my order after the order has been placed?

A. If you want to edit an order after it is placed, please wait until the order is processed and then contact the respective retailers from your Order Confirmation email as soon as you receive it.

q. at what point is my credit card charged?

A. Your credit card is charged once each retailer successfully processes the corresponding item in your order.

q. how do i cancel an order?

A. Because Shoppable does not fulfill your order, you must contact each retailer your purchase was directed to. Wait until the order is processed and then contact the respective retailers from your Order Confirmation email. Your confirmation email will include order numbers and the retailer’s customer service contact details.

q. who do i contact if i have questions before i place an order that is not listed above?

A. Please send an email to CustomerCare@Shoppable.com 24 hours a day with your question(s) or chat with us by clicking the “Customer Service” chat at the top of the checkout page.

A. Please contact the corresponding retailer with your question and order confirmation number.
